My Background

My name is Sarah Nicholl and I’ve focused my career on extending the reach of learning with technology.

 

I am a collaborative leader who has helped strategic clients achieve success with their platforms, and helped SaaS companies build and grow successful customer success organizations at scale. 

 

I’ve focused on learning technology SaaS organizations in my career, and I am an avid reader and learner myself.  I have a Master of Education focused on learning, work and change, and I’ve authored whitepapers and methodologies to help make workplace learning scalable and effective.  I’m particularly interested in behavioral science and learning, and I have a new book coming out on this topic – Learning Habits.
